We recommend always replacing tweeter coils in pairs. Using two coils from the same set helps ensure that both speakers have the same appearance and consistent sound.
Important Before Installation
Before opening the tweeter, carefully mark the position of the two parts.
The tweeter components fit together in a specific position. Marking their original position before disassembly can make installation much easier and help prevent problems during reassembly.
Tools Required
You will need:
Small to medium Phillips screwdriver
Small to medium flat-head screwdriver
Soldering iron and solder
A small amount of super glue
Cotton bud
Installation
These replacement tweeter coils & foils are suitable for use with various loudspeakers and may also be compatible with other models.
Installation requires a steady hand and basic technical skills. Take your time and carefully check that everything fits correctly before applying any glue.
Do not glue the parts into position until you have confirmed that the tweeter fits and operates correctly.
