Standard Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item, and once accepted, place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price only; initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
